At Rebalanced Wellness, Functional Medicine starts with a Foundational Assessment — an in-depth visit reviewing your health history, labs, and symptoms. From there, we use advanced diagnostic testing (Comprehensive stool testing, DUTCH hormone test, nutrient and toxin panels, adrenal testing, and more) to uncover the why behind your symptoms.
